The Krakow People-Space-City Association [Krakowskie Stowarzyszenie Ludzie-Przestrzeń-Miasto] has put forward a proposal concerning a conversion of the main streets of Kazimierz into a residential zone. However, the proposal, which will undoubtedly make life easier for the residents of Kazimierz and tourists.

A renovation of the Gallery of 19th Century Polish Art in Sukiennice, which began in 2006, has finally been completed. The project, co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, the Social Committee for Historical Sites Renovation and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism, was one oft he biggest conservation projects in Europe and it consumed over EUR 8,700,000.

5-6 June 2010 in Krakow for the tenth time will visit Grand Dragon Parade. Dragon's jubilee will be celebrated particularly uproariously.

The Main Market Square is surrounded by a number of the unique architectural masterpieces, which placed the Square on the list of most prestigious world heritage sites.
