The RED Apartment and SKY Apartment are two separate flats linked by a door, located in the ApatmentHouse on 4 Grodzka Street, 20 seconds away from the Main Square. They are ideal for two families or sets of friends who travel together but wish to have a privacy of a separate apartment at the end of the day.  The two apartments have a total area of 70 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. If joined together, the flats share one big living room with a door between the two areas. If separated they have two distinctive entrance doors. The Red Apartment is suited for two people, who live in a large room  with a kitchen annex and have bathroom , a TV  and an Internet connection at their disposal.  The Sky Apartment, which is ideal for four people, has two rooms: a living-room with a folding sofa and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen annex and a bathroom.

The apartment is located on the third floor in the traditional town house on 4 Grodzka street, just beside the Main Market Square, and 10 minutes away from the main railway station. The city bus, tram stops and the taxi stand are only 3 minutes away on foot. In the building there is one more similar apartment on offer. As the house is set in the very centre (zone A) the car can only be parked in the nearby zone C or on the car parks and not in front of the building.
